**Students may complete this exam any time within one year of their anticipated graduation date. Note that students may retest only once, after an 8-week wait.

3 semester units from the courses listed below or successful completion of an SMC Study Abroad experience if completed spring 2008 or later (credit awarded through petition). NOTE: Many of these courses (noted with  above) are also in GE areas I, IIA, IIB, and III and can be used to satisfy BOTH areas.)
