Course Identification Numbering System
Course Identification Numbering System is a course numbering system used statewide for lower-division, transferable courses that are part of the AA-T or AS-T degree.

IGETC
IGETC stands for Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum. This is the most common method of satisfying a particular UC and CSU general education transfer requirement category.

Global Citizenship
Course satisfies Global Citizenship requirement.

Description
Brief Course Description.
- Example: This course surveys the distribution and relationships of environmental elements in our atmosphere, lithosphere, hydrosphere and biosphere, including weather, climate, water resources, landforms, soils, natural vegetation, and wildlife. Focus is on the systems and cycles of our natural world, including the effects of the sun and moon on environmental processes, and the roles played by humans.
Course Recommendation
- Example: Students enrolling in this course should have math skills equivalent to those entering Math 31. This course does not fulfill the prerequisite for Chemistry 11.
